AI Mentorship
Program

Not a course. Not a cohort. A direct, ongoing working relationship with someone who has been deploying AI at scale — and genuinely wants to help the right people do the same.

SCROLL

7 People. One Year.

Built for people who are serious about AI — not just curious about it.

Most people are watching AI happen. A few are building with it. Fewer still understand what it's actually changing — in industries, in careers, in how we think.

Each year, I take on seven people for a focused, ongoing mentorship in AI. Not a structured curriculum. Not scheduled office hours. A real working relationship — with someone who has been in the room where this technology gets deployed at scale across Southeast Asia.

If you're building something, shifting your career, or trying to develop a sharper mental model of AI's real trajectory — this might be for you.

The cost is zero. What I ask in return: show up prepared, do the work between sessions, and pay it forward someday.

What This Looks Like

  • Monthly 1:1 video sessions — more if needed
  • Async feedback on work between sessions
  • Direct, unfiltered assessment of your thinking
  • Access to my network when it's genuinely useful
  • No fluff. No slides. No homework you didn't ask for.

What We'll Explore Together

Large Language Models

How they actually work, where they break, and where they shine. Beyond the demos.

AI Product Design

Building tools people actually use — not prototypes that never ship.

AI Strategy

Thinking about AI at the organizational level — not just the model level.

Career Navigation

Finding your edge in a field that's rewriting job descriptions in real-time.

Critical AI Thinking

Separating signal from hype. Building conviction from evidence.

Applied AI Systems

5 Phases. 12 Months.

Every mentorship follows a deliberate arc. Each phase ends with a reflection gate — Edmund reviews your answers before the next phase unlocks.

1
Charter Month 1–2

First session together. Set your north star goal, agree on cadence, and sign the mental contract that makes this year work.

Ends with a reflection gate · Edmund reviews before the next phase unlocks
2
Foundations Month 3–4

Pick one area and go all in. Build real fluency — not survey-level knowledge. Daily work, async feedback, and relentless reps.

Ends with a reflection gate · Edmund reviews before the next phase unlocks
3
Ship Month 5–6

Put your foundations to work. Ship a project, prototype, essay, or system that real people can see and use. No private sandboxes.

Ends with a reflection gate · Edmund reviews before the next phase unlocks
4
Leverage Month 7–9

Take what you built into the world. Apply it at work, expand your reach through the network, and document what's actually working.

Ends with a reflection gate · Edmund reviews before the next phase unlocks
5
Synthesis Month 10–12

Close the year with intention. Year-end post-mortem session, alumni network handoff, and a concrete plan for what comes next.
