Each year, I take on seven people for a focused, ongoing mentorship in AI. Not a structured curriculum. Not scheduled office hours. A real working relationship — with someone who has been in the room where this technology gets deployed at scale across Southeast Asia.

Every mentorship follows a deliberate arc. Each phase ends with a reflection gate — Edmund reviews your answers before the next phase unlocks.
First session together. Set your north star goal, agree on cadence, and sign the mental contract that makes this year work.
Pick one area and go all in. Build real fluency — not survey-level knowledge. Daily work, async feedback, and relentless reps.
Put your foundations to work. Ship a project, prototype, essay, or system that real people can see and use. No private sandboxes.
Take what you built into the world. Apply it at work, expand your reach through the network, and document what's actually working.
Close the year with intention. Year-end post-mortem session, alumni network handoff, and a concrete plan for what comes next.
